Liverpool City Council appoints Hill Dickinson for ACCL project

The Liverpool Daily Post reports that law firm Hill Dickinson has been appointed by Liverpool City Council to provide legal services for the development of the planned new exhibition centre and hotel at the ACC Liverpool complex.

The Liverpool Daily Post reports that law firm Hill Dickinson has been appointed by Liverpool City Council to provide legal services for the development of the planned new exhibition centre and hotel at the ACC Liverpool complex.

Hill
Dickinson, which beat national competition in winning the tender, will
provide planning and procurement advice to the council on the £38m
project.

Ground is expected to be broken on the ACC Liverpool’s
new venue site in 2013. The Hill Dickinson team will also offer support
regarding the structure itself and advice on lease agreements and the
building contract.

David Chinn, Head of Hill Dickinson’s Public
Sector and Commercial Business Services Group, will lead for the law
firm on the project. Chinn will be responsible for the delivery of
services to the council and he said: “This prestigious appointment is
testament to the quality of Hill Dickinson’s offer.”
