Lime Venue Portfolio appoints new head of conference and events sales

Vauxhall’s Kia Oval, part of the Lime Venue Portolio and the home ground of Surrey County Cricket Club, has appointed Maria Scullion as Head of Conference and Events Sales.
 
Scullion previously worked as Sales Manager at Mayfair’s Dartmouth House, another of Lime Venue Portfolio’s properties. She joined the collection of venues in 2010 after working for Millennium and Copthorne Hotels, EEF Venues and Malmaison Hotels.
 
In her new remit Scullion will be responsible for increasing the profile of The Kia Oval’s 11 meetings and events spaces, with capacity for up to 600 delegates, to the corporate and agency market.
 
“It is our key focus to develop our teams and offer real career progression within our collection,” Head of Sales from Lime Venue Portfolio, Jo Austin, said. “Maria’s corporate contacts and expertise in delivering high profile and large scale events will enhance the events offering the Kia Oval can provide.”
