Creative and digital agency, LEWIS has acquired Tayburn in a six-figure cash and equity deal that will combine almost a century of creative and digital expertise.
LEWIS is a globally based experiences digital marketing business, that focuses on digital marketing and delivery, including design, strategic planning services, building of online tools, websites and more.
Tayburn is a Scotland and Turkey based branding agency working across professional services such as food and drink and FMCG.
In coming together, the two businesses say they will aim to develop an agency model where clients can work directly with experts in the areas they need support.
David Lewis, the CEO, said: “For the past year, we’ve been looking closely at the changes in the market and the evolving requirements of our client base. Following several strategic discussions, we are delighted to announce that we have acquired brand and design agency Tayburn.”

Lewis and Tayburn now sit part of the newly formed group company, called Limitless Innovation Group, but will continue to operate as individual brands. The partners say team members, approach, contracts and levels of service will be unaffected, but clients will have access to a wider range of expertise without compromising on working with their existing agency.
