Leonardo’s masterpiece Gala puts Hinckley Island in the spotlight

Richard Newman, regional account manager for venue partnerships at Conference UK gushed about Leonardo Hotels Hinckley Island’s first Inaugural Gala Ball on 15 February: “10 out of 10 for food, food service, drinks service, entertainment and bedroom quality!”

He was one of 200 agents from travel management companies, event companies and venue invited to a Vegas themed Gala Ball and an afterparty held in the hotel’s Paris suite.

The event gave the booking agents a closer look at the venue’s two large event spaces and smaller meeting rooms.

The hotel can cater to a range of requirements and has space for up to 650 and has 362 bedrooms.

Andy Besent, the head of sales for the Leonardo Hotels, said that the event has already received fantastic feedback and is already looking at making it an annual event. Besent added: “We look forward to welcoming all of our agency partners again in 2025 for another fantastic evening!”.
