Bar and restaurant operator Late Night London has launched a new graduate programme, which will see the company take on three graduates this summer for a six-month placement with the meetings and events team.
The team will welcome: Ivo Gavin, an economics graduate from Oxford Broookes University; Chloe Abou-Ghosn, a business management graduate from the University of Birmingham and Natalie Mitchell, a professional musical theatre graduate from The Performers College.
Georgina Coleman, head of sales at Late Night London, said of the new recruitment drive: “We take great pride in recruiting new talent into the events industry. Launching a graduate programme will allow us to continue to grow within the sector through our people. Late Night London is a great place to learn your craft, the diversity of our venues means that no two events are the same’’.
Coleman approached potential candidates with three challenges; one-to-one interviews with key stakeholders of the business, a practical exercise, and finished with a teambuilding activity. Following this she selected the three successful candidates.
