Milton Keynes-based venue, Kents Hill Park, part of The Venues Collection, has announced the completion of its restaurant refurbishment, with a focus on sustainability.
The new space, called The Hub, has been refurbished with modern design features which were shaped by customer feedback.
Sustainability has been a core consideration throughout the project with an example of this being the introduction of more sustainably made tableware, including crockery and cutlery from Churchill, a UK-based company known for its responsible sourcing and environmentally conscious production methods.
By working with suppliers who share the same environmental values, the group is reducing its environmental impact while maintaining high standards.
Additionally, all menus display the carbon footprint, prioritise British grown ingredients with fewer air miles, and 50% of menus are plant forward meals.
Simon Thatcher, general manager, Kents Hill Park, said: “We’ve designed this new space with our guests in mind, taking into account feedback to ensure a dining experience that is both contemporary and welcoming.”
