Hospitality provider Keith Prowse has underlined the importance of corporate hospitality with the unveiling of its ’Interaction Indicator’.
For the first time, Keith Prowse can illustrate exactly how many hours customers can expect to spend engaging with their guests as part of their corporate hospitality packages at key 2012 sporting highlights.
’Duration of Play’ denotes the average time guests can expect to watch a sporting activity of their choice or enjoying cultural activities, and ’refreshment time’ refers to the time guests will enjoy drinks, lunch and afternoon tea throughout the day. A combination of both elements equates to the total amount of social time available for hosts.
Unlike day-to-day meetings, entertaining at cultural and sporting events is not time time-bound or restricted by an hour-or-two long window. Research carried out by Forbes indicated that face to face engagement gives far greater depth to a relationship, with 82 per cent saying that it helps with making a direct decision and 94 per cent saying that personal time at work related events helps build stronger client bonds.
“A real business relationship can only be nurtured by face-to-face time. Whether its a high profile concert, tennis, cricket, polo or rugby fixture, there is no substitute for quality face-to-face time in an inspiring venue, and this is one of the keys to enjoying maximum return from your marketing budget,” says Head of Marketing at Keith Prowse, Ted Walker.
Sporting highlights this summer include The Championships, Wimbledon on 25 June, Audi International Polo Day on 22 July, England vs South ica Test Match at Kia Oval starting on 19 July or at Lords on 16 August.
