Visitors at the Jockey Club racecourses are now purchasing their tickets quicker than ever with a new partner agency managing their online transactions.

The Jockey Club and its 15 UK horse racing venues have seen record breaking numbers in online transactions with new partner agency, Dotcraft.

Dotcraft, established in 2017 in Essex, has developed a faster checkout experience with multiple payment gateways with a new quick payment option launched that has seen 32% of ticket buyers taking advantage of racecourses’ new streamlined payment process.

The transformation has seen a 30 per cent increase in year-on-year basket conversion rates; while average transaction times dropped by 33 seconds.

The technology is compliant with the race goers’ loyalty points via ‘Rewards4Racing’ and a variety of checkout options including digital wallets and Klarna, increasing payment methods for all its customers.

Andy Fellingham, digital director at the Jockey Club said: “We’ve really felt the benefits of partnering with dotcraft.” He expressed his commitment to attracting new audiences and said dotcraft was playing a key role in helping The Jockey Club achieve this.
