Over 100 event industry professionals attended The International Special Events Society (ISES) UK Chapter’s special edition of its ISESTALKS event, 15 May, at the Barber Surgeons’ Hall.
The evening saw a ‘Meet the Presidents’ at a reunion evening of past UK Chapter Presidents and special guests ISES President Brian Acheson and President-elect Kevin White, who travelled from America for the occasion.
After a Presidents’ reception and networking both Acheson and White gave plenty of insights and advice on global experiential event production and trends. There was also a lively Q&A with the two international Presidents.
There was a Shakespearean theme for the food and drink, supplied by caterers Party Ingredients.
Visitors to IMEX this week can call by the ISES Pavilion, Stand G570, in Hall 8 at Messe Frankfurt for the #GPJplay with George P Johnson the event and experience marketing agency.
ISES and George P Johnson are bringing 10-minute sessions of creative play to the show, by way of a challenge for those who want to take a short break and freshen up with a shot of inspiration.
The sessions will hosted by Toni Griggs and Peter Hunt from George P Johnson.
