Colchester-based meetings management and booking agency Inntel has won the Best Meetings and Events Team award at this year’s Business Travel People Awards.
The award was presented at a lunch on 25 May in London’s Grange St Paul’s Hotel, with judges hailing “the outstanding performance of the Inntel team, recognising the customer service excellence, the significant client feedback supporting the nomination and the market leading initiatives carried out by the team”.
This achievement for the agency’s Meetings and Events Team is the third highly sought after award in recent months, including the Agency Team award at miaList.

They love what they do and this award is highly deserved,” said Inntel CEO Douglas O’Neill.
Anna Snoep of Inntel, was also shortlisted for MICE Manager of the Year, a category won by Martin Hayes-Gleave of Clarity.
