Innovation Zero, a two-day climate and clean tech congress, is set to open at Olympia London tomorrow (24 May).

Chaired by the Rt Hon Dr Liam Fox MP, the former Secretary of State for International Trade, the event is expected to welcome 7,000 business leaders.

Event agenda

Over 400 speakers from businesses such as HSBC, Virgin Atlantic and Uber will attend and discuss the effects of climate change.

A mixture of start-ups, blue-chip business and PLCs will also present sustainable energy solutions. They will be joined by investors in the conversation over how to best finance them, as well as covering topical markets such as AI.

Speaking about the event, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, said: “I am delighted to see such an exciting project choosing London for its inaugural event.

“Innovation Zero brings together trade and investment, finance, energy and environmental specialists and puts them alongside the best of our innovators and businesses who see decarbonisation as an opportunity, not a problem.”
