Identity has appointed Anthony Lacey (pictured left) as its new development director and Milo Gabric (pictured right) as its new head of project management.

Lacey joins the events agency from WMP, where he was global client service director. He also spent four years at Imagination and TBA Group.

As strategic development director, he will be responsible for developing client relationships as well as shaping the agency’s client acquisition processes.

Gabric joins Identity from INEOS Grenadier where he led its global events programme for the last year. His career spans both client and agency side, bringing experience and insight to Identity’s client portfolio.

Both will be predominantly located at Identity’s London office on Borough High Street.

Michael Gietzen, managing director, Identity, commented: “I am now able to take a step back, and look at the bigger picture of how we achieve our on-going growth goal, what we need and who are the people that we need to support our very ambitious international growth plans.

“By combining the team’s established talent pool with input from new team members we are strengthening the ‘Identity way of working’.”
