Over 50 event industry professionals made up of PCOs, convention bureaus and convention centres attended the International Congress and Convention Association’s (ICCA) UK and Ireland Chapter Winter Debate in Newcastle.
The event, which was held at The Sage Gateshead in NewcastleGateshead on 10-11 February, was entitled ‘The Business of Getting Business’ and featured seminars on how to engage with multiple generations to win business, healthcare compliance in the meetings sector and the Great Ambassadors Networking Group (GANG) set-up to share best practice on developing ambassador programmes.
