The ABPCO Excellence Awards recognise and celebrate industry best practice in association and not-for-profit conferences and events. Winners will be announced 9 December 2022.

Since the beginning of 2022, ICC Wales has worked on creating educational resources including its Protect Duty report, delivering informative sessions at industry trade shows and launching its Protect Duty Events Industry Group, which held its first meeting on 17 October 2022.

Commenting on the news, Ian Edwards, CEO of ICC Wales, said: “The team has done a tremendous job of educating the global industry on Protect Duty and its potential impact, and to be recognised by both ICCA and ABPCO is testament to their hard work and dedication.”
