ICC Wales has joined the Meetings Industry Association (mia) membership.
As part of its membership, ICC Wales has also secured the mia’s AIM Secure accreditation. To achieve this, ICC Wales had to meet a set of criteria including the quality of its meeting and events facilities; commitment to delivering a healthy and hygienic environment; service delivery; compliance with legislation and commitment towards diversity and inclusion.
Commenting on the news, Danielle Bounds, sales director, ICC Wales said: “Attaining the AIM Secure accreditation is testament to the hard work and dedication of the ICC Wales team.”
