HRH The Princess Royal, musical star Michael Ball, S Club 7 singer and actor Jon Lee and soprano Rhiannon Lambert were among VIP guests who attended an evening reception at Bloomsbury venue, BMA House, for The Motor Neurone Disease Association.
Over 100 supporters and representatives were invited to the event and thanked for taking part in the Ice Bucket Challenge which saw £7m donated in three weeks.
Royal Patron of the charity, HRH The Princess Royal, greeted guests and gave a speech thanking everyone who helped raised money for the cause.
The MND Association also revealed its plans on how the funds would be invested to support world-class research and support people living with the disease and their families.
