The 28th Hotel Leadership Conference, presented by the Master Innholders, will take place from 17-18 January 2022 at Park Plaza London Riverbank.
The live conference is created for hoteliers, by hoteliers to help reignite industry growth particularly within the business meetings and events sector.
This year’s theme, themed ‘bolder, braver, better’, explores six key areas: people, pounds, planet, customers, tech, and uncertain future. Speakers include Legacy author and business consultant James Kerr, sales trainer and Laughs Last founder Marcus Cauchi, and leading sustainability strategy adviser Sue Garrard.
This year’s conference chair James B. Clarke FIH MI, general manager of Hilton London Bankside said: “During the pandemic, hoteliers were obviously preoccupied with keeping themselves and their businesses afloat. Now, our conference is finally a chance for us to gather together, share ideas and focus on the future rebuilding of the industry to be bolder, braver and better.”
