Conference and event venue sourcing agency, Hospitality Guaranteed, is to branch into Europe with its new conference management system and expand its team to cope with the new remit.
The County Durham-based agency launched its Conference Stop in November 2011. Working with a range of hotels, conference centres and other venue partners, Conference Stop provides a venue finding resource for event organisers.
The system allows venues and hotels to create and manage their own profile online, including photos, conference facilities and full venue details. The venues and hotels can also add special offers, latest news and competitions for the users of Conference Stop to view through a number of online communication channels.
To cope with the expansion the agency has recruited a new Marketing and Sales Executive. “We have ambitious plans to continue to grow the business and aim to double the size of our team in the next three years,” says Jackson. “We are also in the progress of finalising our plans for the next phase of developing our system, Accommodation Stop.”
Hospitality Guaranteed was established in 2006 by Victoria Brunton and Amanda Jackson (pictured) following 20 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry.
“The Conference Stop management information and tracking system is a great tool for both our clients and partner venues,” Brunton says. “It gives 24-hour access and visibility of the event details. Furthermore the conference management system can be customised to our clients key requirements.”
The agency currently has over 1,000 UK venues registered on the system and aims to increase this to 2,000 by 2013.
