Intercontinental Hotel Group’s UK and Ireland (UK&I) Managed Estate claims its Holiday Inn ‘Stay Meeting’ campaign has now reached 2.8m people.

The campaign recently won the Hotel Marketing Association Award award for Best Agency Promotion or Campaign of the Year 2011.
 
Since the campaign launched, Holiday Inn claims a sharp increase in meeting bookings and David Collyer, Marketing Manager UK&I (pictured receiving the award), said: “Since the campaign launched we have seen a sharp increase in meeting and events bookings which has come as a direct result of the great work of the integrated campaign, and delivery by our teams on the ground. Holiday Inn acknowledges how important a successful meeting is to a business and the company’s ‘Your Meeting, Your Way’ commitment is designed to help businesses get the most from their meetings.”
 
IHG’s UK&I Managed Estate also recently celebrated 14 of its UK Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza sites achieving AIM accreditation.
