Holibob, a B2B2C provider of tours and experiences technology to online travel sellers and tourism boards, says it is on track to top its record growth set in 2023.

During the full 2023 year the company – whose decentralized experiences platform drives tours and experiences sales for B2C-facing travel businesses – saw a 213% growth in transactions as well as a 152% increase in booking value through its platform.

The company noted that this growth was largely driven by a 166% improvement in conversion rates brought on by refinements to its white-labeled consumer booking sites, as well as the introduction of its Experiences Marketing Platform.

Holibob CEO Craig Everett (pictured) says: “It’s particularly exciting to see that through the first quarter of 2024 our outlook continues to be extremely positive, exemplified by one partner who has doubled their bookings on our platform in each of the first three months of the year.

“This acceleration is in large part down to the full impact kicking-in of our strategic focus on providing the tools, technology, and expertise travel sellers and tourism boards need to deliver the right products for each traveller when and where they are most likely to book.”

To date, the bulk of the bookings through Holibob’s platform have been for experiences in the Middle East, where the company has several notable partners, along with Europe where it has been testing its Experiences Marketing Platform.

Holibob received a series A fundraising of €10 million in 2022. It was recently placed in the Sifted Top 100 fastest-growing UK & Ireland companies.
