Venue website Hire Space hosted its inaugural awards ceremony 24 October at Landing Forty Two at the top of the Leadenhall Building, London.
Comedian Hugh Dennis, of BBC show Mock the Week and Radio 4’s The Now Show fame, hosted the event, which was attended by 220 leading event industry professionals.
Taking place on the last night of EventLAB 2017, Hire Space’s two-day event for professional event organisers, the new awards ceremony celebrated innovation and quality of service in the events industry, at London’s highest dedicated event space.
Catering was provided by Landing Forty Two’s in-house caterer, Moving Venue. Live music and entertainment came from Sternberg Clarke’s alternative string trio Ember, who performed unique arrangements of current chart hits.
