Event tech company, HeadBox, has launched Smart Book, its self-service booking tool for private dining and meeting rooms.
Smart Book aims to ensure corporate companies can book meeting and private dining rooms in London quickly and easily while providing robust reporting and controls for the whole business.
The software works using HeadBox’s Virtual Event Expert Algorithm which connects each brief with relevant and available venues who are then invited to send a proposal. Each proposal can be viewed and compared in one place and then simply booked.
Smart Book users have access to over 650 private dining and meeting rooms from D&D London, Gordon Ramsey, Caprice Holdings, The Office Group and Workspace, including the likes of Lucky Cat, Sexy Fish, The Ivy Collection and 14 Hills.
Bookings via the tool will receive preferential rates, online payment via HeadBox and standardised contracts, saving time and money for every user.
Andrew Needham, CEO and founder, HeadBox, commented: “The last year has demonstrated the need for automation more keenly than ever. With smaller event teams having to do as much, if not more, than before with less resources, Smart Book saves valuable time and allows event bookers to focus on the creative and human elements of their roles.”
Mark Ivackovic, director of sales, D&D, added: “As restrictions ease, smaller private dining events will be among the first to return and Smart Book will play a vital role for us in lead generation and time saved for our team as well as the guest booker, so we are very excited to be part of the launch.”
