B2B digital meetings and events platform, HeadBox, has launched a new AI-powered M&E sales tool in partnership with Radisson Hotel Group.
The new product, HeadBox 3D Studio, which was unveiled at IMEX Frankfurt, allows M&E teams to send personalised digital proposals using 3D tours embedded with AI-generated narrator videos.
Using the software, venues and hotels can create bespoke, shareable, and sustainable immersive guided walkthroughs of their venues, with the opportunity to tailor tours to each customer’s needs in a personalised proposal.
HeadBox 3D Studio aims to streamline the sales process, reduce the length of the sales cycle, and eliminate travel emissions and costs for unnecessary site visits.
HeadBox 3D Studio builds on the partnership between HeadBox and Radisson Hotel Group, which began in 2019. Since becoming a preferred partner for immersive content in 2022, HeadBox has shot tours for more than 120 Radisson Hotel Group properties across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
Raddison Hotel Group said HeadBox’s immersive content has played an important role in its digital transformation strategy, delivering benefits for its Meetings and Events team with a 35% increase in qualified meetings and events inquiries and a 12+% increase in M&E conversion.
