The Hotel Booking Agents Association’s (HBAA) new chair, Chris Peacock, says his key objectives for 2012 are to develop future talent for the sector.
Speaking at the associations annual dinner in front of 400 senior agents, Peacock said: “The scope of university degrees in our sector is wide and, as an association, we should be supporting the industry by helping students get the best start they can”
The Hilton London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 was host to the HBAA’s headline networking event.
