The Hotel Booking Agents Association (HBAA) presented its annual awards to an audience of hotel booking agents, venues and accommodation providers on 6 September 2012 at The Radisson Blu Stanstead.
The awards, given out at the HBAA’s Annual Forum, recognise best practice across the sector.
The HBAA Awards categories and winners 2012 are:
- The John Rees Community Award – Dartington Hall
- Information Technology Award – Agent: Zibrant; Venue: Wyboston Lakes
- Graduate Development Award – IHG Intercontinental Hotels
- Social Media Award – Agent: Silverdoor; Venue: Sundial Group
- Agent of the Year Award – Conference Care
