Gray Dawes Events, the MICE division of the Gray Dawes Group, one of the UK’s independent travel management companies, has signed an agreement with venuedirectory.com for its venue finding software, GRATIS.
GRATIS is a venue booking platform that allows an agency to manage the customer journey, from registering the needs and requirements of the client’s event to providing online proposals from which clients can make their selection.
The data provided by venuedirectoy.com includes information and data for meeting planners to locate the best venue for the event. The venue information presented includes high-quality images, floor plans, videos, 3D tours and Covid-19 compliance information as well as the venue’s sustainability accreditations.
GRATIS also incorporates seamless reporting functionality, which aims to allow Gray Dawes to manage their clients’ spend while also demonstrating savings.
