Grandstand Stoneleigh Events Ltd has announced the appointment of Chris Hartley to the role of managing director. Hartley replaces Helena Pettit who was MD of Grandstand Group since August 2008. In his new role Hartley will lead the team at NAEC Stoneleigh, one of the most versatile venue businesses in the UK, which includes the management of The RASE technical events team, Grandstand Event Management, (Zinc) a specialist corporate event management business and Stoneleigh Park Lodge, a 58-bedroom 4 star guest house.
Hartley said: “I’m delighted to be joining the team. My passion for delivering solutions for event organisers, their exhibitors and visitors has driven my career. Grandstand Stoneleigh Events vision and investment in the venue and what it provides for both existing and potential customers make it a perfect fit.
