ICCA’s UK and Ireland chapter will hold its annual conference at Glasgow’s Scottish Event Campus (SEC) at the end of the month.
The international association for the MICE industry will be hosting a three-day event themed ‘Meet The Future’, taking place from 29–31 March.
According to ICCA UK & Ireland, attendees can expect discussions on diversity, sustainability, talent, and legacy.
The SEC is set to collaborate with ICCA on the event’s itinerary, which is already set to include the Clydesdale Distillery, a Red Bus Bistro City Tour, and a gala dinner held at Glasgow Science Centre.
Suzanne Singleton, ICCA UK and Ireland Chapter chair, commented: “We want to deliver an event this year that doesn’t just talk about sustainability but lives and breathe it through content, logistics, activities, and measurement. The SEC is a global leader in sustainable events making it the perfect partner for the 2023 conference.”
“It is important to us that we sit at the forefront of industry discussion,” said Dawn Lauder, head of Association Conference Sales, SEC.
An interactive session from headline sponsor, Levy UK and Ireland, will close the event – covering key objectives, food waste, regenerative and sustainable practices, and tangible actions.
