Fusion Meetings & Events has appointed recent graduate Kiera Priestly as its new events coordinator.
Priestly graduated with BA Honours in International Festival and Event Management from Edinburgh Napier University.
“Since joining Fusion Meetings & Events, I’ve been organising events, sourcing venues and pricing proposals for both existing and prospective clients. I’ve also enjoyed site visits to source venues in Glasgow and Edinburgh,” she said.
Stuart Evans, director of Fusion Meetings & Events, said: “We see a brighter future ahead for the meetings and events sector. Bringing new graduates into the workplace is part and parcel of this as their enthusiasm is infectious.”
“She’ll be getting involved in the planning of a 1,000+ delegation for The European Society for Gene & Cell Therapy, which will be held at the EICC in Edinburgh in just two month’s time,” he added.
