FourthWall, the employer branding and attraction marketing agency, has appointed Joanne James as a client lead.
James will focus on developing and leading standout brand activations for the London-based agency’s growing roster of clients, specialising in early careers recruitment.
She joins FourthWall from Velo-B2B Marketing where she led the delivery of integrated brand campaigns across digital, print, and experiential channels.
Her background spans both B2B and B2C sectors, working agency-side with brands in technology and professional services, and brand-side in the not-for-profit space.
Since launching in early 2024, FourthWall has emerged as leaders in experiential marketing, partnering with major employer brands to design and deliver innovative activations – from on-campus through to longer-term employee retention strategies.
James is second in a number of strategic hires for the agency this year, following the recent addition of Eoin Dunlea to the project delivery team.
