Four promotions at TRO as company nurtures talent

Experiential marketing agency, TRO has promoted four employees, as the agency focuses on nurturing talent.

Izzi Rix, has been promoted to production manager from senior production coordinator.

Rowan Powell has been promoted from junior 3D designer, to designer.

Marina Lunn has been promoted from senior project manager, experiential to project director and Alice Holden Brown has been promoted from senior producer to activate live director.

Talent director, Kirsty Finding, said: “At TRO, we’re dedicated to fostering a culture where our talented teams can grow and thrive, alongside our business. We’re lucky to have lots of exceptional talent who chose to stay on board with us, as they progress in their careers.”

“Our focus in the talent team is to continually explore ways to nurture existing talents potential, with structured training, mentorship and IRL experience programmes that aide with personal and professional development.”

She added: “Our recent promotions are just of few of those who’ve excelled here at TRO: Alice and Marina have been journeying through client services roles to directors;; Rowan is building upon strong foundations of a designer; while Izzi pivoted her career from client services into production just over two years ago and is excelling.”

The news comes as TRO releases it new showreel, signalling an exciting chapter within the agency.
