Forty1, the employee engagement division of The Creative Engagement Group (TCEG) has appointed Jason Frank as its new senior communications and engagement consultant.
Frank was previously CEO of the London office in the global communications agency MSL for over four years and founded its specialist employee practice. In 2018 he made the career move from agency management to focus on consulting and employee engagement.
More recently, Frank has spent the last two and a half years working as an independent consultant on strategic change and engagement programmes with major organisations across a variety of sectors. Frank has also led global projects throughout his career.
With the acquisition of Vitiello Communications in January and a number of new hires in the last few months, the Forty1 team now stands at more than 50 people across Europe and North America, with more new hires planned for the second half of 2021.
