After two years on Brighton seafront, net-zero-focused property conference and exhibition FOOTPRINT+ will relocate to London in 2024.
The event’s new home will be Old Billingsgate Market, featuring 2,595sqm of space with two further event areas including a riverside terrace.
FOOTPRINT+ brings together every sector of the UK property market to discover and discuss state-of-the-art methods to achieve net zero in real estate.
Tim Pyne, founder and creative director, FOOTPRINT+, said: “The venue provides the space to accommodate the growth of FOOTPRINT+ while providing greater accessibility for all the various diverse sectors who will now have only a short walk from Monument and London Bridge stations.
“You will find all the fun, creativity and collaborative atmosphere of the Brighton event.”
The next event will take place from 8-9 May with the main conference running from 10am-5pm as before. AR Future Projects Awards lunch will take place within the event and this year there will be an extra stage concentrating on new emerging materials.
