Amadeus, The NEC Group’s catering business, has awarded a major technology contract to Agilysys (Europe) for software and hardware solutions across the LG Arena, the ICC, the NEC and the NIA under a five-year contract.
Amadeus runs 42 restaurants across the NEC and the ICC alone and the new technology solution is designed to encompass point-of-sale, inventory and procurement, cash operations, online ordering and cashless payment.
Agilysys counts on its client list The O2 Arena, Aviva Stadium, Convention Centre Dublin, Twickenham, Lord’s, Old Trafford, Chester Racecourse, Grand Canal Theatre Dublin, and London hotels including The Ritz, Savoy, Dorchester, Connaught.
Services provided by Amadeus encompass public catering (quick-service bars, kiosks and restaurants), and hospitality and event catering (fine dining, banqueting and celebrations).
