QHotels has launched Express Events Diary, designed to meet demand from event bookers in need of quick-turnaround on short lead time meeting room enquiries.
The new service is available across the 26-strong four-star QHotels portfolio, now managed by Redefine|BDL Hotels (RBH). Express Events Diary is able to search ahead two weeks and estimates delegate costs.
The Express Events Diary can be accessed via QHotels’ website and guarantees enquiries will be responded to within two hours.
With day delegate rates starting from £30, the Express Events Diary shows availability for up to 20 delegates, based on the hotel group’s popular eight-hour Total Meetings Package.
The package has an all-inclusive price with no hidden costs and includes room hire as well as an LCD projector, flipchart, speedy Wi-Fi, morning pastries, flexible lunch options and a dedicated event manager for the day.
Chief operations officer at Redefine|BDL Hotels, John Stuart, said: “Over the past year we’ve experienced an increasing number of corporates organising meetings and small events within a matter of days. Inspired by this shift, our Express Events Diary, accessible online, should hopefully make the process much easier for bookers.”
As part of QHotels’ events offering, bookers who can be flexible on the day and location of their event can also benefit from the group’s Meet Off Peak package, catering for 10-300+ delegates on quieter days such as Mondays or Fridays. Organisers will also be able to choose from a list of complimentary extras such as bacon rolls on arrival or bedroom upgrades.
The group of hotels has also extended its 5% cash back offer to events up until 8 April 2018, meaning bookers organising events worth over £500 will be rewarded with cash back to put towards their next event, take as high street vouchers or, donate to NSPCC.
