Exclusive Collection has launched its insights into the next generation of delegates and event attendees, with the launch of The Big Re-Think.

The research looks at Generation Alpha (those born 2010 onwards) and focuses on five key areas:

  • The Generation Gap
  • Changing the conference narrative
  • Un-scheduling
  • Next-gen thinking
  • Mixed reality

The research is in response to industry-wide trends of attention spans waning and gamification a growing element of daily life. It aims to inform organisers how to appeal to the next generation fo eventprofs and delegates.

Stephanie Hall, group director of sales and marketing for Exclusive Collection, said: “At a time when the employee voice and DEI are core elements of the business environment, we’ve looked at what’s working and how event organisers can plan for the upcoming generations as they make their mark on the workplace.

“In having a Big Re-Think around how we harness the voices and ideals of different generations it isn’t just good for business: it’s good for employee and delegate experience and performance”.
