Event management agency, Evolve Events, has partnered with sustainability-focused caterer, Bovingdons.

The partnership will see the two organisations create, produce and market various London-based Christmas parties.

73 Waterloo, formerly known as St John’s Waterloo, has appointed the joint venture to create and market its Christmas season’s offering.

The venue has recently undergone a multi-million restoration by architect Eric Parry, transforming it into a sustainable heritage venue. Upgrades include improved accessibility and installation of solar panels, aligning with the venue’s goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2030.

Jay Burgesson-Carter, director, from Bovingdons Catering, said: “We’re honoured to be entrusted with catering and venue management responsibilities at 73 Waterloo. The commitment of 73 Waterloo to sustainability and the local community aligns with many of our clients CSR values, as profits from our collaboration will directly contribute to assisting those with experience of homelessness.”

Evolve Events added: “Having collaborated with Jay and his team at Bovingdons for several years, we have eagerly sought an opportunity to join forces. Christmas presents the perfect occasion for us to introduce something truly distinctive to the market and leverage our combined reputations.”
