EventWell, a charitable social enterprise which educates and campaigns for better mental health and wellbeing in the UK events industry, has introduced the EventWell Pledge to help support event professionals experiencing personal and financial hardship as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic.
The pledge is open to anyone working in creative communications, experiential marketing, live and business events, exhibition, hospitality and travel in the UK and the US.
Peer Pledges include:
- A food and grocery shop (£25-£50)
- A birthday or Christmas gift for a child (£15)
- One hour talk time for career, business mentoring or counselling
- Shared lived experience of bankruptcy, homelessness, depression
Pledges are open to anyone in need and/or experiencing professional, personal and financial hardship, with the aim of being “as simple and accessible as possible”.
