Event management software provider, Eventsforce, has won a contract to provide its services across multiple events for the higher education association, Quality Assurance Agency (QAA).
With multiple events for over 4,000 delegates a year, the QAA have selected a range of modules from Eventsforce’s suite of software to suit its requirements including registration, invoicing and credit card transactions. These tasks were previously managed using a number of separate platforms and spread sheets but will now be centralised into Eventsforce to improve efficiency and provide a holistic view of delegate and event data, communication and reporting.
“We selected Eventsforce following a rigorous tender process here at QAA and were particularly impressed with the value for money, flexibility and scope of the Eventsforce offer,” says Events Coordinator at QAA, Sara Vielvoye. “I’m looking forward to working with the Eventsforce team in developing QAA’s event management systems over the coming months.”
The QAA reviews higher education provision in the UK and offers advice, guidance and support to help UK universities, colleges and other institutions to assist in providing the best possible student experience of higher education.
