Conference Partners International (CPI), an international PCO with offices in Dublin, Belfast, Edinburgh and Manchester, has won The Best Use of Onsite Technology Award at the 2018 EventsAIR Client Innovation Awards which took place in Brisbane, Australia, 27 August.
The award recognises clients who assemble a complete onsite technology solution for their events and CPI was recognised for its work on the SEAI Energy Show.
For the annual event, CPI did only onsite printing of badges/check in. This meant setting up nine kiosks most with QR check in and a few for new registration. Each badge contained a QR code used for lead retrieval.
Lead account executive Neal Donnelly accepted the award via Skype and said: “This event happens every year and it was the first time we decided to use the attendee app for lead retrieval rather than an external company.
“The client trusted us as they would have preferred to play it safe and do it as we have always done it, but we trusted EventsAIR could handle the demand.”
