Event:decision kicks off 2025 with multiple hires

Event sustainability and data company event:decision has kicked off 2025 with three new appointments, as it claims to further its mission of promoting sustainability across the events industry.

The company has welcomed Donna Russell as sustainability communications manager to create engaging content and communications.

Chris Mitchell has joined as value consultant, helping event:decision’s partners achieve maximum value in the longer-term.

David Hatton has joined as brand strategist, to further cement the company’s position as a leaders in event responsibility and sustainability.

Matt Grey, CEO at event:decision said: “To think that in only three years of supporting the event industry deliver more responsible events that we would even need such expertise is humbling.

“We are determined to develop and build this company to deliver long-term value to the event sector, including corporate, association, agency, venue or destination. We’ve taken a few toddler steps already, but Donna, Chris and David will help us develop as fully fledged adult partners to event brands and support the transformation of our beloved industry.
