Envoku, the newly launched delegate engagement platform from Live Group, is collaborating across a series of international and domestic events to deepen industry knowledge and enhance the understanding of AI-driven audience insights.
As part of the product’s launch programme, managing director Stephen D. Pickett will be speaking to event organisers and in-house event professionals from across public and private organisations, both in the UK and internationally.
The discussions will explore the future of personalisation, how it has met expectations from a decade ago, and whether new technologies, including AI, can drive the industry into a more innovative and productive era.
Stephen will be delivering a presentation at Event Tech Live that will address ‘Personalisation – From Broken Promise to Driver of Equitable Engagement’. There will be a roundtable that delves more into new thinking and ideas around the subject. This will be one of the first times the subjects of personalisation and equity are combined on such an international level and core strategy for Envoku.
Sessions will include a specialist speech at ibtm World in Barcelona titled, ‘The Broken Promise of Personalisation and How it Can Return to Boost Event Equity’, taking place on the show’s Impact Stage.
Stephen D Pickett commented on the opportunities Envoku can open up to the industry: “It’s about ensuring that, through real personalisation, and the continuation of human-centric event creation, we can continue to make the event industry relevant, contemporary, and forward thinking.”
Envoku, launched by Live Group, builds on the company’s expertise in creating human-centric events and its advanced capabilities in AI and event technology. The platform is designed to enhance audience engagement throughout the event journey, making the experience more personalised and tailored to individual needs.
