The Eden Hotel Collection has introduced a new standard for conferences and corporate events across the company’s seven boutique hotels, all of which are now AIM accredited.

The new standard includes a dedicated conference co-ordinator, a promised response to all enquiries within two hours and a full proposal with costings within four.

A range of extras provided as standard include pastries on delegate arrival and unlimited tea and coffee throughout the stay. Eden is promising homemade cake during afternoon breakout sessions and a traditional sweet shop set up for any delegates needing a sugar boost during the event. A parting gift for the journey is also part of the new package.

“AIM is a highly-respected brand which means that all our hotels and facilities have been thoroughly and professionally assessed to ensure they meet the stringent criteria set down,” said Mark Chambers, MD at Eden Hotel Collection.

Eden Hotel Collection includes Mallory Court Hotel, Leamington Spa; The Kings Hotel, Chipping Campden,The Greenway Hotel and Spa, Cheltenham (pictured) and The Arden Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon. The collection is privately owned by IT entrepreneur Sir Peter Rigby.
