UK-based international event accreditation and registration company, Event Advantage Solutions (EAS), is driving five high profile events in November 2013. Taking place in the UK, South ica and the UAE, the events are expected to attract a combined audience of over 200,000 attendees.
The schedule commences with the opening of the Formula 1 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, 1-3 November, where the company handles security accreditation for over 9,000 staff, contractors and suppliers.
At the World Travel Market at Excel London, 4-7 November, EAS will manage the registration and data capture for 50,000 visitors and exhibitors.
A further 50,000 visitors and exhibitors attending ADIPEC, 10-13 November in Dubai, will be handled by the company’s registration systems and in Cape Town, South ica, EAS will be onsite registering 8,000 visitors and 350 exhibitors.
EAS concludec the month with The Big 5, International building and construction show, 28-25 Nov, in Dubai where 60,000 attendees will be checked in and out of the Dubai World Trade Centre for this largest construction event in the Middle East.
