Full service agency drp has added three more creative professionals to the team at its 4.2-acre head office site in Hartlebury. Liam Sargent joins as junior designer, Dan Spivey as production assistant, and Jake Healey as production assistant, who have all joined the drpteam post-graduation.

Sargent recently graduated from the University of Worcester with a first-class honour in Graphic Design & Multimedia and this is his first role in his career as a designer. During his time at university, he took part in many different commercial projects including a ‘mock’ client project set by drp as part of his course.

He commented, “I’ve been lucky to work on an array of clients and projects already – ranging from smaller, internal branding projects, to exhibition and event design with our larger clients in finance and automotive. Being an entry level/junior designer, there’s not been a limitation been set on the projects I’m able to work on and I’ve been able to expand my skillset and knowledge vastly by taking part in all areas of the design process.”

Spivey first came to drp on work experience last year and left a great impression with drp. As a production assistant in the drpvideo department, he will be spending the majority of his time out with the location crews, as well as audio editing and sound engineering, which is a passion of his. During university, Spivey also did work experience at Ocean Studios on the South Coast of Ireland, with a session sound engineer that has worked with U2, Sigur Ros, and Bob Dylan.

Also joining the production in drpvideo as production assistant, Jacob Healey, who recently graduated in Audio and Music Technology at the University of the West of England in Bristol. This is Healey’s first technical services role post-university and, as an assistant, his role involves assisting the video team on projects.
