The festival is running at the hotel until the end of April and returns to the hotel in July 2012. The festival celebrates foods from Italy’s esteemed Emilia-Romagna region; a region home to iconic gastronomic delights such as Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, Modena Balsamic vinegar, Piacenza pancetta salami and of course pastas and tortellinis.
