Citroën’s new car model made its world debut at the 20th Goodwood Festival of Speed and was showcased during the glamorous event on a double-deck Delta Emperor structure from temporary structure specialists De Boer.

Bucks-based full service experiential and event marketing agency Cocowa had won the pitch to represent Citroënat the Festival and organised a two-week build at Lord March’s famous estate in time for the event, 12-14 July, the largest motoring garden party in the world.

The Festival brought together a mix of cars, stars and motor sport ‘royalty’ to create the largest car culture event in the world.

Held in the grounds of Goodwood House, the event is a high octane celebration of motor sport.

De Boer Sales Manager, David Tunnicliffe, said: “We were contacted by experiential marketing agency Cocowa on behalf of Citroën, to supply an ‘L’ shaped Delta Emperor for the stand at Goodwood. The structure provided hospitality space, a VIP area and a backdrop for the new Citroën DS3 Cabrio Racing concept car which was officially unveiled at the event.”

This year’s event boasted seven of Formula 1’s 2013 season teams including Red Bull, Ferrari, McLaren, Lotus and Mercedes with 17 Grand Prix winners in action including Jenson Button and Lewis Hamilton.
