DB Systems has appointed Mike Cameron-Davies (pictured) as operations director. He will be based at the company’s Tewkesbury HQ and support MD David Bulley in ensuring that DB Systems continues to deliver on the latest event technology and customer service.
Cameron-Davies is a Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers and has had a diverse career in operations, having started his career at Ford Motor Company.
He also occupied senior positions at several manufacturing and facilities management companies, including managing 450 people at a large contractor based at Heathrow.
Bulley said: “Whilst we will always be driven by the latest technology and innovations for events, our service is about so much more than just kit. With Mike’s experience and background, I’m confident that we’ll continue to develop and improve our customer service, and be the very best we can be.”
He added that he would be working with the DB team to put in place processes “to ensure we continue to deliver the latest tech, on time, continuing to surprise and delight customers, old and new”.
Founded in 1994, DB Systems is a major supplier of technology for the corporate events industry in Europe. The company employs 100 full-time staff.
