London-based creative agency COW has announced the creation of two new divisions, Studio and Experience, as part of its expansion strategy following a successful first half of 2024.
Experience, the company’s new events division, is headed by Rachel Shaw, a 13-year veteran at COW. This division will manage everything from PR launch events to pop-ups, expos and live experiences at major festivals.
Studio, the agency’s content wing, led by Director Henry Streeten, has expanded its services to include brand films, photography, social content, website production and online advertising.
In addition to the new divisions, COW has revamped its creative function. Matt Wilcock, returning to his creative roots after the departure of Mark Perkins, will lead the creative team alongside creative director Jack Clothier.
The agency has also promoted Shannon Bailey to director, who will work with deputy MD Dan Turner and director Gloria Trapezaris to strengthen the PR and social media offerings.
Morgan said: “The changes we’re announcing today have been in the offing for quite a while. Our Studio team has already built an enviable portfolio of world-class content and we’ve been delivering award-winning, headline-grabbing events for years. What we’re doing is formalising these divisions and investing in them to take them to the next level. Having Matt Wilcock take up the creative reigns again is just a gift from above.”
