Cooks & Partners proudly celebrates working with English Heritage at Wellington Arch with an exclusive showcase reception for their clients. Showing off this event space in the heart of Central London on Hyde Park Corner, guests enjoyed the evening sunshine with views across to the London Eye, Buckingham Palace and gardens, Hyde Park and the City while sipping on Champagne and savouring delicious canapés provided by Cooks & Partners.
Suppliers at this fashionable London hotspot collaborated to bring the Arch to life, showing off two floors of newly-refurbished event space, providing a totally unique setting for corporate and private events and demonstrating its versatility. Canapés inspired from around the world were served by Cooks & Partners and included Filo cones with Suffolk smoked chicken, mango, pepper and chilli salad and Shredded Moroccan lamb, chickpea and mint croquettes with harissa dip, finishing off with fun White chocolate and raspberry lollypops with popping candy and gold leaf. Stunning flowers were provided by Lavender Green enhancing the surrounding, while WhiteLight lit up the venue with a variety of up-lighting and blue light boxes welcoming guests at the entrance. Prelude Entertainment provided delightful background music throughout the evening from string duo Artemis Duo Cooks & Partners welcomed guest to the venue followed by a brief and amusing talk from English Heritage about the history of Wellington Arch and the little known fact that it housed London’s smallest police station in the early 20th Century.
